Why we made it

This started as a personal craving: “the world’s most matcha-dense fondant chocolat.” Not just “strong matcha” — we kneaded in an almost unreasonable amount of stone-milled Uji matcha to create a cake that’s deeply green, aromatic, and unapologetically intense.


How to enjoy

Enjoy it as a moist, rich fondant at room temperature. Or warm only the portion you’ll eat — the matcha chocolate core becomes molten and flows out like lava.

Our one promise for matcha sweets is simple: it must be truly matcha-rich. We use only stone-milled Uji matcha — never low-grade “processed matcha” commonly used for mass production.
